Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field as a PIC is required for this position
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Highly motivated with good insight of customer services
- Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure
- Willing to work accordingly to retail hour, on weekend as well as on public holidays
Responsibilities:
- Being the second PIC, supporting Store Manager on staffing, reporting and inventory matters
- To assist the Store Manager in supervising the sales operations and achieving the sales target
- To provide excellent customer service to customers and attend to customers' inquiries, feedback and complaints
- Maintain in-store merchandising/product presentation
- Coordinate sufficient stock level
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
